Beth Galetti, Senior Vice President of People eXperience and Technology at Amazon

A leader in technology, logistics, engineering, HR, and people, Beth Galetti is the Senior Vice President of People eXperience and Technology at Amazon. Galetti has spent the last 10 years at Amazon leading its HR, people and technology functions.

Over the last 20 years, Galetti has held a variety of senior leadership positions across four continents, specialising in engineering, operations management, information technology and HR. 

Galetti holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University.
